The astounding lack of professionalism or care within this place is shocking considering they deal with mental health and psychiatry. If 5 of your providers leave your practice, that’s a telling sign already. It’s okay though, you really ground yourself in the mud by purposely leaving all of your patients to figure it out themselves, all while being nasty and less than helpful. The lack of genuine care while working in this field is disgusting, and to purposely misinform your patients for your own petty reasons is beyond me when these people are dealing with real, genuine issues. If you do not care about your patients, get a new job. This is beyond me and no wonder why everyone is leaving your practice, patients and doctors alike. Sounds like it’s time for some self-reflection ladies!!! Locking the door and not answering phone calls isn’t going to get you very far!!

I was referred to this facility by Serenity Medical; their website is very informative and answered a lot of my questions about the facility. Their staff is phenomenal, welcoming and outgoing!!! Leah Richards stands out the most to me because she’s informative, not judge mental, helpful and does a wonderful job of answering my questions (especially the random ones)! I have made sure to recommend this wonderful place to a few people that are in class with me and they have great reviews as well. If you need some one on one therapy I highly suggest you call and make an appointment with Mrs. Richards today!

Massive amount of office turn over. Patients are not being notified that providers are no longer there. Office is now closed on Fridays as well and patients were not notified, I showed up to my scheduled Friday appointment to find doors locked. Found out my provider was no longer with evolve through a friend, called office about it, and office staff was super rude. People are in therapy or see a psychiatrist for a reason! To show no compassion when all these unexpected changes happened and place blame anywhere you can is unprofessional.

They have dropped the ball on so many things. My child does not have any refills because the therapist left without notifying patients. I have been waiting for 4 months for a prior authorization for medication my daughter needs. They refuse to take ownership and resolve the issues. It’s sad because I really liked them in the beginning. I pray that the new staff can pull it together.

I would love to rate the actual treatment we received, but we haven't been able to get any. We were initially going elsewhere, but were told it was an eight week wait to get scheduled. Evolve said that they would be able to get my husband in promptly because their schedule was wide open. But then we were told he needed prior authorization from insurance. We've never had any problem getting prompt turnaround on this from our insurance before, so it shouldn't be a problem. In fact, we had a medication from Evolve go through prior authorization just fine. But for some reason, they said they needed to physically mail in a request instead of email or fax. Here we are, two months later, with nothing to show for it. Our insurance says they never received anything from Evolve, Evolve says that they received a notice that the mail was delivered on 12/11 (almost a month from when we were notified they were going to request it, mind you), but several calls to them result only in promises that they'll contact the insurance to find out what's going on and no actual information. So now it's been eight weeks. We should've just stuck with the original treatment center. They obviously have dropped the ball somewhere, but nobody seems to be in any hurry to resolve it. Which is not exactly something you want in a mental health crisis situation. Two stars because they have been very pleasant in telling us that they don't have any updates.
