Cookie Policy

Last updated: 14th April 2026

Regenerated ("we," "us," "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on regenerated.com. This policy explains what they are, how we use them, and the choices you have.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help sites function, remember you, and understand how the site is used. Some cookies are set by us ("first-party"); others are set by services we embed ("third-party").

We keep our use of cookies minimal and do not use behavioral tracking cookies beyond standard advertising measurement.

Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are required for the site to function and cannot be turned off.

regeneratedcom-session

Set by Regenerated (Laravel/Statamic) to maintain your session while browsing the site. Duration: 1 day.

XSRF-TOKEN

Set by Regenerated (Laravel/Statamic) to protect against cross-site request forgery. Duration: 1 day.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (strictly necessary for the service to function).

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool. Plausible does not set cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track you across sites.

Functional cookies

We use Customer.io to tailor email communications based on activity on our site. Customer.io sets a _cio cookie to recognize returning visitors so the emails you receive are relevant to what you have viewed or done on regenerated.com.

Marketing cookies

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the performance of our advertising and to show relevant content to people who have visited our site. The pixel sets cookies including _fbp and fr.

Third-party services

When you use the clinic search on the registration page, we load Google Maps and the Google Places API to help you find a location. Google may set its own cookies on that page. See Google's cookie policy at policies.google.com/technologies/cookies.

Your choices

You can accept or reject non-essential cookies through the consent banner shown on your first visit, and change your choice anytime via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies through their settings; see aboutcookies.org for guides. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent parts of the site from working.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as we add or remove services. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
