I can’t recommend Empath Psychiatry enough. This clinic has provided so much value not only to me, but to the community as a whole. The innovative treatment and therapy options Dr. Jordan has brought to the area are truly impressive. I’ve had the opportunity to personally benefit from the TMS treatment offered here, and my experience has been seamless from start to finish. From scheduling appointments to receiving treatment, the entire process has been smooth and well-organized. Everyone at the clinic, from the front desk to the providers, does an outstanding job. I feel genuinely welcome every time I walk in. Dr. Jordan and Mrs. Karen, the Nurse Practitioner, are both wonderful and attentive providers. Jocelyn, the TMS Technician, is also an absolute gem. What stands out most is how accommodating and patient-centered this clinic is. From flexible scheduling to easy and responsive communication, I’ve felt supported and actively involved in my care from the very beginning. The entire team is kind, warm, and professional. I’m incredibly grateful for the care Empath Psychiatry provides and highly recommend reaching out if you’re even slightly considering their services.
