Dr Thompson is great. She is very smart and works hard to make a beautiful smile for her patients. The problem is the manager of working with your insurance. Halfway through my getting my implant I’ve had to cancel my appointments because my insurance company won’t pay for my crown before it’s put into my mouth and the way the office charges it is that they charge it the same day they scan your mouth, the same day they put my abutment. Instead of trying to work with me and my dental insurance, they just say “sorry, that’s how we do it”. I know that insurance companies can be difficult but other dentists that I’ve worked with always try to help me out with insurance, instead of just saying “not our problem”. With all that’s going on in the world, it’s sad to see people showing zero compassion for others.

My dentist and his assistant were phenomenal over the top good compared to my other dental experiences also very organized, kind, fast at completing procedures. Politely getting you in and out. Good experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We come here for both adult and pediatric dental care, as well as craniosacral therapy and absolutely love it. Every person from the front desk to the hygienists to the dentists are friendly and caring, answering any question in a professional and attentive manner. We also love seeing Jackie for cranio and have seen such a positive difference in our young boys’ attention spans and ability to self regulate. The kiddos also love the prize machine at the end 😊 So thankful for Natural Smiles!
