I had gone to Dr Cruz years ago with back issues and he got me back in shape, but unfortunately I didn't keep following up to keep myself in shape. In December of last year I was in excruciating pain with my back, I could hardly move. I tried acupuncture several times and it only got worse. I knew where I needed to go, and that was to Dr Cruz and his experienced family. I have degenerative disc disease, along with several other problems, and I knew he could help me. After just the first treatment I had relief, I slept for the first time in months. We started with the Laser treatments, which I HIGHLY recommend, and with the spinal adjustments from Dr Cruz. I kept a very tight schedule at first, with visits 3 times per week and we gradually worked our way down. The progress was amazing, and the feeling of losing pain each time was remarkable. It has been a year now, and I am doing very well. I am back to where I can do pretty much what I want to do, but watch carefully how I move. I go every 4 to 6 weeks now to keep my back aligned and feeling good. It is a complete circle from how I was this time last year. I feel like a completely new person. I highly recommend Dr. Cruz's services and stand behind him 100%. Thank you for giving me my life back!
