I moved to Wilmington a few years ago and found Megan when she worked at another practice. When she left and went to Neuphoria, I followed her there because she is amazing. I have been a psych patient for over 20 years, and Megan and Neuphoria have been the best providers I've ever had. Megan will listen to you, she's not pushy when it comes to medications, if you have questions or concerns she's happy to spend the time to listen and talk to you. I cant say enough about her. Talking to her is like talking to a friend. In the beginning my insurance wasnt accepted there yet and they worked with me so I could still see Megan. Ben is amazing as well. Always on top of things. He reaches out when its time to schedule an appointment. If there's insurance issues he will try to work with you. I apologize for not remembering her name but there is another girl that works in the office and schedules appointments and she is so sweet and kind. Neuphoria sets the bar on how mental health providers should be! If we had more people and offices like them, the mental health crisis in our country would improve drastically

Dr. Megan Hitchcock saved my life. I called the office at one of the lowest points in my life and I have recieved the best help I could possibly imagine. She listens to me, we worked together and two months later I'm a different, stronger and better person. Her knowledge, compassion and expertise kept me alive. I can honestly say if it wasn't for her I wouldn't be here. All the staff here is amazing, and I can honestly recommend them to anyone.
