Granite State Physical Therapy

If I could give Granite State Physical Therapy a 20 star review I would. Riley was wonderful through out my recovery, always willing to work with my weird schedule, always happy to see me and she pushed me just enough. Everyone was fantastic! I would highly recommend Granite State Physical Therapy.

I've always had a great experience when I've come here. The staff is friendly and my PT gives me the individual care I need. She listens and responds. I don't feel like a number here, I feel like a valued person and that they want me to get better.

I had an extremely painful pinched nerve that sent me to the ER. I couldn’t sleep for 2-3 weeks and came to Granite State Physical Therapy for treatment because I didn’t want to have surgery. I’ve mostly seen Grace for my treatment. Right when I met Grace, she listened to everything I described regarding my issue and was very empathetic and patient. I was an absolute mess at that point but Grace immediately had a plan, was very knowledgeable, and great at explaining the therapy plan. Grace scheduled appointments that worked around my schedule perfectly. Grace has great communication skills, always checks in on my progress and alters the therapy plan as needed to continue to improve my issue. The entire staff are all very friendly, great to talk to, and their interactions with other patients are always pleasant, helpful, and show that they care. I can’t say enough good about the staff here; I feel like I’m going to see friends equipped to help me feel better versus going to other medical professional who I dread seeing. In my experiences with other medical professionals outside of Granite State Physical Therapy, I’ve often felt like a number, a nuisance, or that I’m being brushed off. At Granite State Physical Therapy, it’s the exact opposite: I feel like they want to help me get better, they actually care, and they do a phenomenal job at helping and listening to their clients. The facility is also spotless/clean, well equipped, and conductive to performing various needed exercises as part of the therapy plan. They also have an awesome app which you can schedule visits on, send messages to the staff, and review your therapy plan including videos and instructions of the exercises. You can also just call them if you’re old fashioned and don’t want to use an app. I highly recommend Granite State Physical Therapy for your physical therapy needs. I can’t think of one thing that they could do better and Grace is an amazing, knowledgeable, helpful, and caring medical professional with exceptional communication skills.
