Dr. DePalma did an excellent job with my ingrown toenail. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable. Exceptional service all around. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!

I ordered custom orthotics at this doctors office in August. It's January. Nothing. I've been told for the last two months that they will be in any day. Initially, I was told there was an insurance problem and I offered to pay cash immediately. Still no result. I've long moved on from this doctor office, but I feel like others should be aware. I'm scheduled for surgery for something that could have easily been resolved months ago as a result of improper care. Just spoke with the insurance company and they claim that the doctors office haven't contacted them yet with a simple pre-certification form. Absolute worst experience.

I went to the doctor to get the breed and to have my toenails cut. It was precisely talked about prior to my visit and when he took my socks off. He did nothing. He told his assistance to put gloves on and put Teatree oil on my heels and leave it for a month. It did absolutely nothing for me. I’m a Massage Therepy. I have better things to use then his medication he does not care what you ask him for if you ask him to be deep rated or cut your nails cause you can’t reach it he does not even care. I am disappointed and he is the worst podiatrist I have ever met
