About this clinic

Northeast Spine and Sports Medicine, a regenerative sports-medicine clinic in New Jersey, offers platelet-rich plasma injections and laser therapy for musculoskeletal pain, joint injuries, and sports-related soft-tissue conditions. Treatment is integrated with physical therapy and chiropractic care to address both the site of injury and underlying functional deficits. The clinic combines regenerative orthobiologic approaches with conventional pain management and rehabilitation, positioning itself to serve athletes and active patients seeking to restore function rather than manage symptoms alone. Acupuncture and additional supportive modalities complement the core regenerative offerings.

The entire staff is very personable and polite. Everyone makes you feel very comfortable from the second you walk in the door the first time. I would highly recommend to anyone. Edit 12/8/22 Having used this practice for a length of time now, I can't say enough good things about Dr Verde and his assistant Rachel, Chiropractors Dr. Bri and Dr Mike, Jessie, and all of the physical therapists I have worked with, which has been most of them. Special thanks to Laura and Diane at the front desk for putting up with all of my calls and requests.

I would give 20 stars if I could I’ve found over the course of many years that human medicine just disappoints me. More than not it seems you are just a number and they fit you in at some point whenever it’s convenient for their schedule regardless if you are in pain I chose this place honestly because I was in pain and they were local and took my health insurance . From my first phone call to my visit with Dr Marge for acupuncture it was fantastic They got me in right away and made me feel immediately like part of the family. I’m now seeing Dr Verde who is addressing other spinal pain issues He’s another fantastic part of this team If you need acupuncture, chiropractics, physical therapy , spine surgery etc etc try them out. You will not be disappointed.

This is a great place to experience PT. It's been over 8 months since starting with Northeast. I was at a point where I could no longer walk without excruciating pain. Because of my arthritis in both ankles, I know it's going to be a long hard road to recovery. I now can rotate both ankles with a minimum of discomfort. I have gone from not being able to walk at all to walking again through Costco from one end to the other and back again. Admittedly, the ankles are pretty sore by then but much improved. I haven't attempted such a thing for over 4 years. Thank you, Northeast! What I like most about Northeast is its staff. They all make contact with me at one point or another during my sessions. Every time... They are all very welcoming. They don't hover over you while in therapy, but just try to stop and they are immediately all over you, wanting to know if you're okay. I am still amazed at how closely they keep an eye on their patients while allowing them space to do things for themselves. To keep things moving, they help each other. Everyone keeps the tables clean between patients. After cleaning with alcohol the entire table and headrests, a disposable paper is placed over each pillow. My therapist, Alicia, is fantastic! She is definitely a multitasker and is always moving from patient to patient, from duty to duty. Her eyes are constantly moving watching everything that is going on. Her massage techniques are the best! Besides doctors on-premises, they also have chiropractors and even an acupuncturist, ready and willing to help you. Without a doubt, Northeast Spine and Sport in Point Pleasant is the place to go for successful physical therapy. Tell 'em Bob sent ya!
