Great experience seeing a new provider at ARC Psychiatry! Monique is phenomenal and took the time to really listen without feeling rushed and asked all the right questions. Her experience is readily apparent as we dove into not just symptoms but treatment options as well. I felt extremely comfortable and was able to convey my issues and she took a non-judgmental approach with her professional guidance and genuine care and understanding. I highly recommend ARC Psychiatry for anyone seeking mental health care support.

I’ve had a great experience with this office. It’s always easy to get an appointment that fits my schedule, and the receptionist is super friendly. The office itself is clean, comfortable, and easy to find, which makes the whole visit feel a lot less stressful. Dr. Zgodinski is wonderful — she really listens, and you can tell she genuinely cares. She takes the time to understand what you’re struggling with and works with you to find the right medication or solution. I truly feel supported every time I see her.

Very happy with this practice. I was a new patient and the only reason for 4 stars is because I was seen 30 minutes after my 4pm appointment time. Otherwise, no complaints.

This company is absolutely wonderful! Once you are placed with a clinician or therapist that’s who you see consistently. I’ve been to too many mental health clinics that shuffle patients around between clinicians from appointment to appointment and ARC doesn’t do that. Also, they are all very pleasant and professional to speak to, they actually sound and seem as though they enjoy being there! Keep up the amazing work ARC!!!

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible experience. My provider was absolutely amazing — she genuinely cared, listened, and went above and beyond to help me figure out what I needed. Unfortunately, the rest of this office completely ruined the experience. I was being overcharged, and despite calling for over four days, I heard nothing back from the front desk or billing department. While I did change my insurance, even my insurance company was confused as to why the charges were so high. I was not out of network, and yet my premium was suddenly five times higher than it should’ve been. I will absolutely be following up on this, and if I find out I was being overcharged for all of my visits, I will be filing a formal complaint with CMS. That kind of practice is fraud, plain, and simple. It’s also worth noting that if you don’t pay immediately, they’re quick to send your bill to a third-party handler — and once they do, they claim it’s “out of their hands.” That is unacceptable. The fact that I had to personally correct their clerical error says a lot. While my doctor was wonderful, I will not be returning due to the office’s shady billing practices and lack of accountability. Something is definitely fishy here, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone go through the same headache. And before anyone comments with an apology — don’t. Life is expensive enough as it is, and getting over on your patients financially is disgusting. I will not be having it.
