This place helped me get my mental health in much better shape. Saved my life even. When I started coming here, I needed help. And I got it. Highly recommend. Everyone is so nice here. Nick and Paula are awesome. Hopefully insurance catches up to what is actually working for people.

These professionals are some of the best there are. I’ve struggled my entire life with my mental health and I didn’t get any real good help til I came here for my ketamine treatments. That drug saved my life and the team at Ascend is to thank for that! They are compassionate, patient, caring, and knowledgeable. I will come back here if I ever struggle in the future and I will recommend this facility to all of my friends and family. This is a wonderful place of healing. I credit ketamine for reversing the impact of my anxiety and depression. Ascend really made the difference for me to survive through depression.

My daughter has been seeing Amanda for some time now and she has helped her tremendously. Amanda is kind, patient and so understanding. She has taught my daughter coping skills that she is able to understand and use! It took us years to find someone that could truly help my daughter. I'm so grateful that we found Amanda. Ascend has been so understanding and patient in accommodating my daughters sensory needs and the front office staff is great!

We were paying out of pocket, $350 for an initial psych consult and $150 for follow up consults. The $350 appt was supposed to be an hour, but Dr. Molina was in such a huge rush to get off the phone (when their video conference software failed we had to do it over the phone), that it ended up only being about 30 minutes, and a lot of our questions went unasked because of his hurry-this-along attitude. Next appt was supposed to be in person. He had canceled his in-person visits that day, no one had bothered to notify us, and after we drove 45 minutes to be there, we ended up in a small, smelly office talking to him on an old, buggy laptop. Overall, we left feeling like Dr. Molina and, frankly, the staff/owners there really only cared about the money, and not at all about the patient. It was kind of gross.

I cannot recommend Ascend enough; they literally helped me change my life. I have struggled with mental health issues most of my life and have tried many different resources, medications, therapists, doctors, etc and the only place where I found the help that I needed to finally make a real change was Ascend. If you struggle with treatment resistant or just major depression, this is the place that can help you and won't give up on you until you find something together that works. Their office staff is extremely kind and helpful and they have so many professionals available to help that you have an entire team if you need it (NP, therapist, counselor). Some of my favorite things about Ascend are how well organized they are and the systems that they use. If I have an appointment or if I am overdue for scheduling an appointment, you get emails, portal reminders, texts, calls, and voicemails to help ensure that you follow up if you're forgetful and avoidant like me. You can also text the office instead of calling, which can be super helpful if needed. Their bill-pay is online and everything in the portal, including appointments, is easy to manage. I just feel like they genuinely try to make everything as easy as possible for their patients so that you can focus on you and your healing without getting overwhelmed by the paperwork and process. I just love Ascend! Shout-out to Amanda, Mark & Dan! :)
