Received excellent care and treatment along with wound care supplies. The staff asks questions, provides extremely good wound care. Shows you how to do it yourself and what signs to look for that indicate there may be an issue. Also provides good referrals to healthcare providers that may resolve the wound issue long-term.

Overall, I received very good care. Both the Nurse and Dr. P. were thorough in the examination, and explained things very well. I'm not giving 5 stars because when I left I was told I would receive a delivery of home care supplies the next day. For reasons unknown to me, HR Wound Care is using medical suppliers from Ohio and South Carolina. I know this because I've been waiting two days and received nothing. Several phone calls later I ordered the supplies I needed myself on Amazon. Hopefully I'm the isolated case.

Today I called to make my first appt., and I spoke with this lady named Karen (didn't catch her last name). From the start, she spoke with a rude tone. She even ended up insulting me at one point, which I was too angry to comment on. I stayed as polite as I could, but she constantly spoke with a condescending tone towards me. At one point I repeatedly told her that the insurance card I was given was the only card that I had, and she told me (when telling me what to bring to the appt.) "make sure you bring your INSURANCE card, not your PRESCRIPTION card". You could hear the eye roll in her voice. I was told that the card I had should've worked, yet she spoke to me in such an impolite way. She also ended up calling me back to verify some more information, and then abruptly hung up on me. I was in the middle of asking her if she needed more information until the call suddenly ended. She was HIGHLY unprofessional overall, and has not left a good impression on me. I'll see how the appt. itself turns out, but the only positive from this experience so far was that my call was picked up ASAP.
