I would HIGHLY not recommend for lack of professionalism, decorum or integrity!! I was confirmed for an 8am appt and arrived at 7:56am. I waited until 8:20 and called the office 9 times (which I was told they always answer for their patients). I understand that circumstances arise, but the fact that I could not get anyone to pick up the phone or receive a call from the doctor letting me know he needed to reschedule is CRAZY, especially with the patient population they work with! Their answering machine says that they value my time, but clearly don't. Edit: Staff reached out after 9am. The doctor tried to tell his staff he was at the office for my appointment and I must have been at the wrong place; however I saw the doctor pull up RIGHT NEXT TO ME @8:26am as I was typing this review and not say a word to me. Being 30 mins late for an appt with no notice given does not qualify you as being there. I will not be rescheduling or reconsidering anything, I cannot work with someone that is a blatant liar.
