Amazing first experience! After compression, I felt like I had new legs. Red light therapy followed by a 3-minute freeze gave me the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Anna explained everything and made me feel comfortable, and Stephen checked in throughout to answer any questions. I finished with a Seca analysis, which gave me a great health baseline and motivation to improve. Highly recommend for anyone feeling stuck in their routine!

I love everything about this place! The team is professional, knowledgeable, and organized; keeping to a punctual schedule aligned with signed up time slots. During 2025, they have become my little health spa sanity home away from home. My favorites are the red light, infrared sauna, and iV drips (doubled with compression in their AMAZING chairs!) Next up...their new hyperbaric chamber! I am so grateful to all of them for welcoming me in with a friendly smile every visit and always supporting me to becoming a healthier, stronger and more energetic me. I look forward to many many more years with iCRYO Daniel Island!! NEVER leaving!!

Upon entering iCRYO the air was scented with refreshing essential oils. Stephen greeted me with a warm welcome and did my new guest orientation, the health questionnaire was fast and easy. I was given an informative tour of the facility and treatments. I tried the infrared sauna and followed with an air cryo cold plunge. I felt refreshed and reset, the staff were kind and attentive. Loved that you could choose a hype song to listen to during the cryo freeze. Will return & recommend!
