Carolina Orthopedic & Neurosurgical Associates, located in Simpsonville, offers Laser Therapy (LLLT) alongside orthopaedic and neurosurgical care for spine, skeletal, and nervous-system conditions. Low-level laser therapy supports tissue repair and may help reduce inflammation in musculoskeletal injuries, making it a useful adjunct to conventional orthopaedic treatment. The clinic's synergistic approach integrates laser modalities with standard surgical and non-surgical orthopaedic interventions, serving patients with acute injuries, chronic pain, and degenerative spine conditions. Treatment is individualized based on diagnosis and patient response, positioning the clinic as a regenerative-focused option within orthopaedic practice.
Dr. Willoughby and Kelly are my heroes. They have kept me moving and walking and this is the best part getting better and staying positive. Really, I can't overstate the help they have done: staying positive, setting goals ect. Not just the physical but the psychological difficulty of constant pain and the limitations that occur as well with this disease. Yhay have been great.

Excellent care and don't have to sit forever waiting to be seen. Appointments are scheduled properly. And as far as I'm concerned I'd recommend Dr. Willoughby very highly. Excellent doctor 👏 and super knowledgeable and friendly. Answers any questions I might have with easily understood responses.
If your in pain he's your doctor for sure to get relief. I highly recommend him!!!

Dr. Willoughby and his staff (receptionists, nurses, Kelly his PA, and his surgery scheduler Jason) are just great! For such a busy facility, I am always treated with respect and kindness. I’m made to feel as if I am the only patient in his office!

Taken back to room early, all staff exceptional with explanations and expectation. Dr Willoughby is caring and compassionate! Shoulder injection for pain relief almost painless!! Little bit fast moving for this old lady. Did not get to explain full situation however he may have had another patient in more pain than I. Thank you!
