I highly recommend Brain & Behavior Associates. Before treatment, our daughter was easily upset, quickly discouraged, and just had a sense of gloom and hopelessness about her. My daughter 's anxiety and mood issues improved dramatically after neurofeedback sessions helped train her brain patterns into healthier rhythms. She noticed a significant reduction in her anxiety levels as well as improvements in her overall mood and happiness. As a mom, I had gotten into a cycle of stress which directly affected emotions, clarity, and sleep. Because our Brain & Behavior experience was so successful for my daughter, I also participated in Neurofeedback sessions. This resulted in better sleep quality and an increased ability to focus my attention, as well as a general sense of lightness. I felt much calmer day-to-day. Brain and Behavior Associates has absolutely transformed my life. The neurofeedback training that i do has helped me with my migraines/anxiety. I am a 2X Iraq Veteran who suffers from Traumatic Brain Injury from having my tank blown up many times in Iraq. Luckily, wounded warrior project referred me to the Dr. Wesley Center. In Jeremiah 1:10 God states, "See, today I appoint you over nations and kingdoms to uproot and tear down, to destroy and overthrow, to build and to plant.” When we seek counseling for mental and emotional issues for ourselves or our children, it is very vulnerable to trust a therapist to assist us in the process of the "uproot, tear down, destroy and overthrow" the areas of our life that are PREVENTING the ability to build and plant. But, remember God isn't saying to "tear down people", he's tearing down the kingdom of darkness that is hurting you! Dr. Center is a wonderful prophet, with gifting and vision from the hand of God to help you and your family sort through brain imbalance vs trauma vs spiritual warfare that is hindering your growth. Yes, it will hurt at times what you hear. But, didn't you seek help to begin with because your ways were not profitable? Even a gardener knows the yuck must come out and the soil must be tilled to build and to plant. I have trusted my family to Dr. Center and his team from the time my oldest son was 6, (he's now 17) and I couldn't be more happy with the care of he and his team as they encouraged us to "See" what we needed to see as we learned on our journey.
