Both of the ladies working at Aura Vida are just the nicest- very warm and welcoming. They were very mindful of me and my time, quickly updating me on wait time and delays, offering drinks and snacks- just so considerate. Karissa went over all my labwork in detail with me and in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated the way she explained the labs in correlation to my symptoms and laid out options in a way that was insightful and helpful- not pushy at all. I left feeling hopeful!

I never knew there was a health care professional as passionate and knowledgeable as Karissa. I am a 69 yr old woman that was on HRT for years, but didn’t realize that “normal “ hormone ranges are not necessarily optimal ranges.
