Absolutely loved my time there. The staff are friendly, the place is pristine. There are many tools and options for self recovery and well worth the trip. Bring a bathing suit so you can take advantage of the cold plunge sauna combo!

This place is incredible!! I love the sauna/ Cold plunge set up! Such a fun atmosphere! Red light is my favorite. But they have so many recovery modalities my favorite changes each visit! Definitely recommend & bring friends!

Checked this place out and was really impressed. They have everything you need to relax and recharge your body. Loved the sauna and massage chairs. They have oxygen and every type of massage equipment available. Space was clean, staff was helpful and it was a great experience.
