Dr. Dade was genuinely concerned about my well-being and made me feel comfortable discussing my back pain. He took the time to really understand the nature of my pain. He explained all my treatments options clearly and answered all my questions.
I had previously seen him some years ago with positive results.
I highly recommend Dr Dade!

My doctor with National Spine & Pain Centers (NSPC) retired so I wanted to explore all options for the future, especially those closer to McLean. I like the organization's focus on nonsurgical alternatives to treating pain. It was easy to have confidence with my prior Dr of many years, but with his retirement I wanted someone closer to home and work.
So I'd gone online, reviewing all nearby NSPC Drs and offices - their bios, treatments offered, insurance accepted, and all patient reviews, some multiple times. I narrowed to 3 good possibilities and decided to start with Dr Robert Wagner at the Tysons office.
It was an excellent choice. I knew it as soon as Dr Wagner started the appt. While it seems I am not a good candidate for his experimental treatments - the main focus for his office - I'm very impressed with his mastery of challenging surgical conditions. The benefits for some of his patients incude expediting their recovery from injuries. Amazing what can be done with stem cells!
Especially since we both knew from the outset that I would not be following up with his office, he was overly generous with his busy time - reviewing my imaging ordered by a different Dr, offering but not pushing his expert opinions. He actively listened, giving his total attention, is personable, straightforward, and did not use jargon.
I’m a super fan of Dr Wagner after just one appt, hence the 5 stars.

I recently visited Doctor Wagner & I feel so lucky I found him 11 years ago. Back then one of his patients referred me to him for his excellent care. Doctor Wagner healed me then & I’m confident he will heal me again. I’ve sent family members to Dr Wagner & his care is always exceptional.

I was scheduled to see a pain doctor but I met with his assistant who very rushed. The appointment lasted 15 minutes. She already assumed I needed another injection in my back. My primary care had sent them all my report in January. They were not knowledgeable about my condition. Driving two hours out of town for medical care was an absolute waste. I also confirmed if my insurance coverage will pay for all costs. However they are billing me $38 for uncovered expenses. Their office billed $585 for this visit. No wonder health cost keep soaring. This office is a waste of time!

Dr. Wagner really takes the time to listen and give me options without pushing a treatment on me. He has helped me avoid several surgeries and heal naturally. It's especially great to have a doctor who has personal experiences with the treatments.
