Can never get through to staff. Always have to leave a VM. VM’s frequently not returned. Insisted on a $500 in-person consultation, even though I have taken Spravato for 4 years and gave an ROI for my psychiatrist. Took 2 months to run my insurance, was told it would be another 2 months to schedule an appointment, and told that I would have to do the consultation over again when I got new insurance.

No words could properly express my gratitude to both Maggie and Melissa. They have truly changed my life. I feel lucky to have found two providers in the same office that offer such a high level of care. As a patient and someone who works in healthcare, I know how hard it is to find providers who truly makes an effort to connect with their patients. Beyond that, everyone that works there is extremely friendly and welcoming. This office is a hidden gem!

Melissa has been my therapist for the past year and she has helped me change my life. She held a space for me that I truly don’t think any other woman could have when I was at my most vulnerable. I owe so much to her but I know she would tell me I put in the work and allowed her to be in the space I needed. I would recommend Melissa Nelson 10/10 times over and over again. If you’re willing to work on yourself Melissa will give you all the tools you need to succeed and hold space for you like no other human.
