All the team members are attentive committed to the patient care and whenever I am there at their center they are actively communicating with me. Try to understand my problem and work on it. Sometime they are explaining treatment plan, just it as needed and ensure to make me available at their center depending on the time I want. I went back in October of 2024 to address a pinched sciatica nerve and lower back pain. From the moment you walk in the door, you will feel welcome and like a part of their family. Dr. K sat down with me and took some x-rays to come up with a tailored program specifically for my needs. Alyssa, Jeff, and Brittany were wonderful to deal with every session - friendly, professional, and always kept an open line of communication in case I needed it. It is also imperative that you keep up with the exercises you learned, adapt a healthy lifestyle, and stay physically active after the program is over to avoid the pain from coming back. I can confidently say after 1 year of my program ending that I am now in the best shape I've been in the past 15 years - I can hold my 2 year old son and lift heavy objects with no issues at all. They even offered me a discounted rate in case I ever want to come back for an adjustment. Thank you again Active Spine & Joint, Dr. K, and the rest of his staff for taking care of me

I'm so thankful that Active Spine and Joint found me! I had been searching for over a year with my condition getting worse, for some place that takes OWCP. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. I felt better after my first treatment.
