She was incredibly kind, patient, and made the whole process seamless. She answered all my questions with a smile and made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. It’s rare to find such high-quality service—highly recommend!

The staff was patient, attentive, and genuinely concerned about the recovery process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure to explain all the treatment options and progress along the way. The provider really listened, adjusted the treatment plan when needed, and helped make steady improvements week after week; was never felt rushed or dismissed — just supported. The office is well-run, organized, and respectful of time, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this provider to anyone needing care after an injury. Excellent treatment, communication, and compassion throughout the entire process.

All the staff has been super friendly and accommodating with scheduling, the treatment is great and easy to get through and very efficient. Overall one of the greater treatment facilities that i have been to! This was my first time dealing with a car accident and they have been incredibly helpful and compassionate about the unfortunate experience!

I first want to say Advanced Pain and Nuerology have saved my life! I do not think I would have recovered from my major brain and body's injury for many years unless, I had not been recommended to this clinic!! The healing I have experienced has been excelled greatly due to a wonderful staff who knows what they are doing and truly cares!! Extensive testing was done beforehand to make sure the correct action was taken! They were right on target with what needed to take place! I was most impressed with the brain scan they did, it helped to pin point where my brain activity was lacking due to PTSD from the car accident and other traumatic events that have occurred in my life. This testing not only found extreeme anxiety it scanned my brain deeply enough to know what state my brain function was in in all areas pin pointing it down to a T! It astounded me! The treatments they offer are state of the art and the appointments were made easy to keep me on schedule. Grace is my Patient Advocatein with whom I cannot say enough good things about! She truly cares and always checks in on me with a bright smile on her face! She is very warm and friendly and makes sure I am getting the care I need! Dr Gonzalez is excellent at what he does and is quick and thorough. He has a warm personality and has been serious about helping to treat my issues! Elise, Jesus, Angie, Anna, Heriberito, Misbah and, Arley are all part of the team, they are friendly, kind and understand in so many ways...they get it, they understand that it is important to care when you have gone through something traumatic and treat you as such! Dr Kelly is an amazing specialist who orders all the testing and administers treatment as well. He is very thorough and a professional at what he does! He is very educated in Neurology and Psychiatry! I can not say enough great things about the staff here and what a difference they have made in my life!! I am forever grateful!! If you have pain in your body and or have a traumatic brain injury... this is the place to go!! I have been truly blessed by all of the team!! I tell everyone I know about them because of the change that has taken place in my life due to their hard work and dedication!! Amber B

I went in for an appointment only to find out there was a mixup with my appointment. At first, it seemed like there was nothing that could be done but Sonia stepped in and really helped make things right. She was so patient and made sure to do what she could to make sure the issue got fixed. If only all patient care facilities had someone like her working for them!
