AleraCare Infusion Center - Mesa

The staff are always very polite and efficient. I'm usually in and out within a very short time. What I really don't like about the company itself is that they have a lousy billing system: no epayment option, no service dates, very late billing after time of service, no enclosed envelope to return payment. Join the 21st century, people.

The check in, staff and procedure were 5 star but the waiting room was not something an epileptic would want to be in. Better to have no light than a fluorescent light with a ceiling fan that made the light flicker.

This is the first time I went with my mother to this appointment. She's been getting shots at this location for a while. I was thoroughly impressed with the staff. They were friendly, helpful and caring. They made the transition of changing my mother's information over to myself as her caregiver very easy. They treated my mother with the utmost care concern and respect during the procedure. Highly recommended ❤️
