So glad I found Allergy and Asthma Care of Brooklyn! From the second I walked in, the front desk staff was super friendly and welcoming. The vibe of the office is clean and calm, which immediately made me feel comfortable. Dr. Charlot was great. She took time to really listen to me, explained everything in a way I could understand, and never made me feel rushed. The testing was easy, and I left with a clear plan to move forward. I’ve added a few pics and video from my visit as well. Definitely recommend!

I visited Allergy & Asthma Care of Brooklyn with my brother and had a great experience with Dr. Bai and the entire staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Dr. Bai has excellent bedside manner — patient, understanding, and took the time to explain everything clearly. We felt comfortable and well cared for. Highly recommend this office!

Dr. Casyca Charlot is everything I was looking for in an Allergist. She listened to me, heard me and had a plan. She also informed me of the cons to a different allergy shots method that a previous allergist didn’t make me aware of. Overall, I feel like I was well taken care of and I’m excited to continue on my journey to allergy shots. Also, she showed me how and when to use my epi- pen if necessary which is something that may be deemed “small” but it left me feeling more confident.
