From initial appointment phone call to my new patient first visit with Dr Nichols, I must say I am THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED! The entire staff was very efficient and welcoming. Dr Nichols was patient (with all of my questions), knowledgeable (an expert in his field), kind (congenial personality and bedside manner), and REAL (down to earth)! He spent a great deal of time with me and made me feel like I was truly his only patient .... not rushed like so many physicians I have visited in the past! What more could you possibly ask for? My condition was immediately diagnosed with plan of treatment underway. Also noteworthy: Staff has a form which outlines all charges for that day’s services rendered, which is agreed to by patient prior to administration, and thus No surprises! I love that! Hats off to a great team of professionals!

It has been over 50 years since my injuries occurred so I wasn’t expecting great results and Dr. Harvey wasn’t the sort to sugarcoat an unknown. However, I was thrilled beyond expectations after seeing the results (5 days post-op), that full recovery and return to previous activities will happen. Dr. Harvey has highly respectable surgical skills and his ease of communicating with patients is above reproach. My opinion and experiences are straight-up and perhaps may allay the concerns of others that are in need of a solution to their situation. Don’t wait over 50 years for a resolve that is available now.
