I can’t say enough good things about American River Infusion Services! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The nursing staff is absolutely top-notch—attentive, skilled, and genuinely compassionate. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel so much more manageable. The customer service was impeccable, with every staff member going above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well-informed throughout my visit. The rooms are clean, cozy, and designed with patient comfort in mind, making the entire process feel less clinical and more like a place of care. If you’re looking for an infusion center that truly prioritizes patient care, look no further than American River Infusion Services. Highly recommended!

I cannot stress enough how amazing everyone is at American River Infusion! Given the time sensitive situation regarding my mom’s injection, Ashley was phenomenal in coordinating everything from the referral, appointment, insurance, ALL OF IT! even upon arrival everyone was so so kind and Ian was amazing during the injection administration! I highly recommend this infusion center for anyone in need of infusion services! Thank you so much to the amazing staff, Ashley, and Ian. We are truly grateful!

If you have to have infusions, American River Infusion is the best place to go. This is the 3rd infusion center that I've gone to and, by far, the best. Private suites, snacks, tv, video games, heated blankets - everything designed to getting infusions comfortable and relaxing. But by far the best thing about American River Infusions is the staff. Each and every person has been professional and so friendly. But most especially Chris and Ian. Chris was so amazing - he took care of the authorizations and getting chart notes from past infusions so I didn't have to worry about or do anything. And Ian, my nurse. Ian was incredibly friendly, calming, professional - truly one of the best nurses I've had. Even the pharmacist, Alex, came to introduce herself and check in on me! A truly great experience- thank you!

We can all agree that infusions are not fun and I dread getting them every month. I can genuinely say that American River Infusion has been the best experience Ive had when it comes to infusion appointments. The staff are all nothing but kind, the poke is quick and almost pain free, you get your own private room with a comfy chair and tv, and they're so accommodating to your schedule. They make a bummer situation way easier. We also love Ian & Miguel!
