I had a really positive experience with Amerita Specialty Infusion Services & Pharmacy. The team is professional, organized, and genuinely caring. You can tell they truly focus on supporting their patients and making the process as smooth as possible. Selena was especially helpful, she answered all of my questions clearly and even provided additional information for future preferences. She took the time to make sure I felt informed and comfortable, which really shows the level of compassion and accountability the team values. Everyone I interacted with was respectful and easy to communicate with, and the overall experience felt supportive and patient-focused. I would definitely recommend Amerita to anyone needing specialty infusion services.

Amerita has provided my home infusion services since March 2018. They're been delivering TPN and TPN supplies to me weekly. My deliveries have always arrived on time. I can attest to the fact that Amerita is a reliable infusion company. Based on my wonderful experience with Amerita, I wouldn't choose any other infusion company. The 'Techs' who call me to do a weekly inventory, check on my TPN supplies the day prior to the delivery; and are always polite and conduct a thorough inquiry. I especially want to thank and acknowledge Pharmacist Linda Dang for her profound pharmaceutical knowledge and her approach to patient care which are both clinically precise and incredibly compassionate-a true testament to her professionalism... I've known her for 8 years. Approximately 4 months ago (for the first time), I couldn't detach my injection caps from my CVC lumens. I needed to replace them, but they were seized onto the lumens! I contacted Linda in a state of urgency and she assisted me by unsealing the units, using a specialized tool at Amerita, during her lunch hour. I'm deeply appreciative of her generosity. Pharmacist Linda Dang is an integral member of my health team at Amerita and her presence alone ensures I remain a dedicated customer. I have nothing but praise for the team at Amerita; they are outstanding!

I used Amerita as a TPN provider for my toddler. This company makes reaching a human being easy and is good to work with. They made life easier when we were out of town over holidays by adjusting schedules. Kaci, our home health nurse is a super star! It takes a special type of person to be a pediatric nurse. We lucked out in that she was the first nurse sent to our home by Amerita. I knew on her first visit that she was the one I wanted to work with my little boy. He took an instant liking to her and that relationship allowed her to do her job and things that he didn't always like more easily. I would recommend Amerita and Kaci to friends and family.
