I have visited Dr. Pearl’s office a couple of times to address an issue with my foot when running. From the moment you start interacting with him it is apparent that he is very knowledgeable and truly seeks to understand how to properly solve your issues. Rather than just jumping to a conclusion, he will work through various means to rule out certain diagnoses. One thing that struck me was that during my appointment Dr. Pearl would call other doctors that he knew were familiar with cases that had similar symptoms to me to talk through his assessment and validate that he wasn’t missing anything. I have never seen a doctor do this before and it showed me that Dr. Pearl never puts himself before the patient and wants to account for every possibility when providing a path forward, and I appreciate that as his patient.

I have been suffering for over 1year from stiff aching muscles ,tendonitis and peripheral neuropathy, post covid, despite prednisone therapy. Dr Pearl has a state of the art therapy machine that applies pulse electro-magnetic field ( PEMF) modality. This therapy has significantly improved the aching pain in my muscle, tendons and nerves. PEMF increases blood flow, mitochondrial and collagen repair and pain relief. His knowledge of regenerative medicine together with traditional approaches puts him in the forefront of practitioners.

Unpleasant experience overall. Would not recommend. - The doctor will rarely gloves when examining your feet, even in cases where you may have an infection. - The front desk assistant put in my chart that I didn't comply with specific post-op instructions. Then the doctor came in and said that he didn't ask me to do one of those things. The front desk person did not update my chart to reflect this, even when asked afterwards to do so. -After the topical treatment they gave me didn't solve my problem (coincidentally, the one that had advertisements around the office from product reps), I was told to get a blood test done and that I should expect results in two weeks and then get a virtual appointment to discuss further oral treatment. After a month, where I have reached out by email twice to the office, I have gotten no reply. Hopefully another business can provide better than subpar care.
