I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience at Arthritis & Rheumatology Clinical Center of Northern Virginia. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for by everyone on the team. I decided to try the MLS laser treatment, and it was such a positive and unique experience. The procedure was completely painless and actually very relaxing. I was honestly surprised by how much improvement I felt after just my first visit! The nurses Narges and Katherine were absolutely amazing. They were so kind and attentive, constantly checking in to make sure I was comfortable and answering all my questions with patience and care. Their warmth made the entire experience even better. I’m truly grateful for the compassion and professionalism of this team. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for thoughtful, effective care.

I recently had a recurrence of GCA symptoms, including intense jaw pain ( a highly specific symptom of GC), along with elevated ESR. Within a couple of days of the onset of symptoms, Drs Tehrani and Stahl examined me and prescribed the needed meds, upon taking which I was immediately relieved of the most troublesome pains. I have confidence that with the prompt attention that I my condition was given, I will overcome this latest challenge. I am highly impressed with the knowledgeable and meticulous care Dr Tehrani offers.

I visit Dr. Momeni since 2016. She is so caring, helpful , punctual and spend time as much as l need . I recommended her to my friends and family and all are happy. In a word she is amazing

The office staff can be rushed at times given how busy they are, but this office is amazing. Dr. Tehrani was able to dx something I've been struggling with for over a decade and provide clarity and treatment options. The infusion clinic staff are so sweet and kind - I may not love that I have to get infusion regularly, but they make the experience amazing (blankets, juice, a quiet room to your self and the lights off? so cozy!) Narges is the best nurse and has never missed getting a vein - which happens to me often!

I first went to see Dr Momeni in the beginning of 2024. I went to another rheumatologist at first who would not listen to a word I said then tried to give me medication for nonexistent symptoms. My first visit with Dr Momeni went well in my opinion. I told her about the medication and how I felt uncomfortable taking it then she made it very clear I shouldn’t be taking it. She listened then told me what I should be doing then explained my test results. She also gave referrals for other specialists to make sure I was cared for. The visits following the first one were basically the same visit. It was like it was my first time there over and over again. My condition was explained to me again like it was my first time hearing it and honestly I don’t think my information was reviewed before my visit. This most recent visit, she was asking me if I was still taking the medication that I said in 2024 I have never taken. In fact, as I said before she was the one who told me not to take it. I don’t think she believes me when I describe my symptoms/lack of symptoms and I am constantly talked over and feel rushed. I think she is a knowledgeable doctor but is not a good fit for me personally.
