Patient reviews

I really appreciate the convenience of having the MRI facility, surgeon, and surgery center all in one location. It made the entire process much less stressful and very efficient. My surgeon, Dr. Jensen, did an excellent job with my surgery and I feel confident in his skill and expertise. Just be aware that appointments tend to be brief, so you may not get a lot of one-on-one time with him personally. The only minor concern I had with the surgeon’s office was occasional communication gaps with newer or student staff. During one visit, after the doctor gave instructions and left, a nurse asked me to clarify what he had said. On another visit, a staff member dismissed me before my appointment was complete and had to be called back. It wasn’t poor service — just a bit awkward and disorganized at times. My biggest challenge was with physical therapy. Initially, things were going well, but after being reassigned to a different therapist, my experience changed significantly. My post-op restrictions didn’t seem to be reviewed, and my knee was pushed into full flexion only days after ACL and meniscus surgery, which caused severe pain. I also felt rushed, left alone frequently, and not well supported during sessions. It was discouraging enough that I chose not to return. Since transferring to another PT facility, I’ve had a much better experience with attentive therapists who follow my recovery plan carefully and work progressively without overdoing it. Overall, I would absolutely recommend the surgery team and facility for the procedure itself. My suggestion would simply be to research your physical therapy options to ensure you’re matched with the right provider for your recovery.

On a recent visit, Dr Jensen was out and I saw Nicole Jordan, OPA. She was very pleasant, answered all my questions and explained her diagnosis of my knee and back. Dr Jensen is fortunate to have her as part of his staff.

Horrible dr Gover never helped when I went in with neck pain. Scribbled a few orders and when I called the office more than a dozen times to do orders No one ever responded ever . Now a year later they bill me! The nerve!!
