Atlanta Gastroenterology Associates - Douglasville

Thank you, Alex! I showed up with my appointment time completely mixed up, and Alex handled it with so much patience and professionalism. She helped me sort through the confusion without making me feel rushed or embarrassed, and that genuinely meant a lot. While I waited, I had a chance to watch Alex and the rest of the front desk staff interact with everyone who came through the door. This office is busy, and every single person was treated with the same kindness and patience. That is not something you always see, especially when staff are managing a high volume of patients back to back. It would be easy to become short or dismissive under that kind of pressure, but that was not the experience here at all. The front desk team at Atlanta Gastroenterology carries themselves with real poise. Alex set the tone for my whole visit, and I walked away genuinely appreciating the care that was put into something as simple as how patients are greeted and treated. Today was my first visit. Checking in with Alex was great. She is super sweet,friendly. Ashton was amazing as well. Deje at check out was great too. The whole group of staff did a fantastic job.
