I have been to two different doctors in this practice with very limited success. They bounce you around like a ping pong ball and really do not want to make any decisions. I feel very humiliated the way I was treated today. I would not recommend them . Many times I feel like they are reading que cards from Web MD and I expect a lot more from my doctors.

I have been dealing with chronic pain and issues for months and was highly recommended Dr. Marc Sonenshine. I booked an appointment and waited anxiously for weeks to be able to see him. I was very excited. I arrived at the front desk today, only to be told my appointment was canceled and rescheduled for May 16th. I was never called or emailed about this. I never even got any kind of cancellation text. I was never asked if May 16th worked for me (it doesn’t- I will be out of town). They were able to squeeze me in to see a different physician, which I am grateful for and she was nice and knowledgeable, however I truly wanted to see Dr. Sonenshine specifically due to him being recommended to me by some physicians I know. This issue I am having is heavily affecting every facet of my life and to be met with this kind of disappointment is awful. The doctor recommended I get an ultrasound and some lab work, but I was told the next ultrasound isn’t until the end of this month, and that I need to go to a different location for the lab work. I truly am so disheartened and stressed due to all this. These issues I’m experiencing are concerning to me as they affect my day to day life and quality of life drastically. Please work on patient communication. I work in the medical field and it is not hard to at least let a patient know about rescheduling.

Have had quite the medical roller coaster in the last 15 months with an emergency surgery last year. In my last appointment with Dr. Kongara I felt understood, listened to, and supported that all the things I was going through were manageable and she helped walk me through how to be proactive in order to not let my digestive system run my life. She handles the urgent well and shows you she really cares about the outcome.
