They charged me $1,600 twice. When I let them know they double charged me they claimed I “gave my card and signed the receipt.” And said they don’t do refunds.

Excellent place to go for all your weight loss or anti-aging needs! My wife and I have been going here for over a year now and the results speak for themselves. The staff is incredibly friendly, and Dr. Semel is always available to address any questions you may have. I look forward to continue my amazing results!

I'm disappointed. I was looking forward to starting a weight loss program at this facility primarily because the reviews are great. In preparation, I'd watched every video on the site and read information about the various options. Yesterday I arrived 15 minutes early for my scheduled appointment. After completing the paperwork, I waited in the lobby for 45 minutes for my name to be called. After what was now an hour, I asked for another appointment time because I did not have enough time for the intake interview, which would take about 45 minutes. We made an appointment for me to return the next day. Fast forward to today (the next day). I arrived on time for my appointment. The receptionist remembered I was there yesterday and said she'd go back and let someone know I was here. Within minutes she returned to her desk. I was the only person in the lobby when I arrived. Fifteen minutes passed. NO ONE came in the lobby. And NO ONE called my name. I sat there thumbing mindlessly through a magazine when I realized that if this disrespect for time is the norm, then I needed to take the $5,000 plus dollars I'd allocated for the program some place else. I mentioned to the receptionist that I needed to leave. I fully expected her to say, "let me check to see how much longer"; or something that showed a tad bit of interest or concern. With the lobby still completely empty, she merely said, "Okay." I left. Guess the universe wants me to take my money and time elsewhere. If you value your time, this is NOT the place for you. IF you didn't have the time slot available, then you should not have made the appointment. MESSAGE: TAKE YOUR DREAM of getting healthy, YOUR HOPES, AND YOUR MONEY SOMEPLACE ELSE. There are others as good and I'm betting, a lot more professional.
