Austin Ozone Therapy

When I was seeking to cure an antibiotic-resistant infection recently, I sought out ozone therapy as part of a multi-pronged treatment. I’ve been a fan of ozone for years now, having used ozonated oil to treat/cure acne and yeast infections. Mary took care of me for every appointment, and she was absolutely terrific! She took a good deal of time to walk me through what to expect with the treatment. During the treatment, she checked on me often and made sure I was comfortable. I love how you can watch Netflix during the treatment; otherwise you’d be so bored! Anyway, after the treatment, she went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the most from my treatment. I got the sense that she genuinely cared about me as a person and wasn’t just trying to sell me treatments. When I told her I would be traveling to Thailand for a few months, she looked up places that also offer ozone therapy services, and sent me a whole list! What great customer service! Thank you, Mary! Ozone therapy is a really exciting field offering antibiotic alternative therapies, and I can’t wait to see how much more can be done with it.

I am so pleased with my experience at this establishment. I love to get my treatment as soon as i get to town to relax from my travel.Jesse takes such great care of me. She spoils me with so much attention to my needs.She is very professional and knowledgeable. It's a royal treatment : much better & cheaper than spas i have been to. It's so clean, you are provided with a robe, towels, cold compresses, filtered water and ozone water, calming music and lovely fragrances! Needless to say : my sinus headache vanishes! I will keep on going!

I am a new client and would highly recommend this facility based on their informed and helpful staff and their advanced knowledge of this advance oxygen therapy. My time was well spent with them and they went out of their way to discuss a very sensitive issue with a family member having stage 4 cancer and took time to discuss several factors that can be taken into account with the various treatments, right over the phone without an appointment for me so I could make a good decision about whether to recommend this to my family member or not. Customer service is not dead - this company is exceptional and treated me with understanding and sensitivity. I highly recommend!
