Five star Treatment. Kyle Jones is my provider. I highly recommend this facility everyone was really nice. The doctor has a great bedside manner and was attentive to my needs. We spent a lot of time talking and reviewing steps. I learned things I didn't know before and I had a lot to take into consideration and think about. It was worth the 8am Atlanta traffic. When I call I do get a human on the line! The front desk wasn't rude. The insurance could have been verified before I arrived at my appointment. I did arrive 12 (I called to make sure I could still come in) minutes late but was not done verifying insurance for another 10 minutes with the front desk. Thank goodness I knew my insurance was 100 good at this facility or I would have panicked. Overall great experience clean facility clean restrooms. Great phlebotomy team.

Dr. Fuller is one of the best providers I have worked with. My review is specific to her and the PA who works alongside her. Coming from a healthcare technology background, I deeply value clarity, education, and honest communication, and she consistently embodies all three. She takes the time to look you in the eyes, listen carefully, and ensure you feel understood rather than rushed through an appointment. That is something I often hear friends and family struggle with elsewhere, so it does not go unnoticed. She explains her reasoning clearly and is transparent about what is within her scope and when additional specialty care may be appropriate. That level of honesty builds real trust and gives me confidence in the care plan. Her PA is an incredible extension of the experience. From bringing me back to the room to walking through review of systems and vitals, she is warm, attentive, and aligned in approach. They operate as a cohesive team, and that consistency is felt and goes a long way for me as a patient. I am very grateful to have them as my care team.

My company recently changed insurance and my old PCP recommended that I go here - I've tried booking an appointment online but never received an email confirmation then whenever I call in, I'm on hold for over an hour and never actually get through to anyone. Update: they randomly accepted my online booking request one month later... after I had already found another PCP. Now I can't get through to anyone to cancel my appointment--I'm pretty sure they're going to try and charge me for a no show even though I've tried calling and emailing them to cancel.
