I arrived half an hour early to my first appointment. Filled out all of the paperwork, and signed into their new paperless system. (when I was in pain, I didn't feel up to doing the online signin, however, did not complain and complied with their system) I then waited in the exam room 50 minutes for the nurse to see me. They take walk-ins before scheduled appointments. I was hoping this location would work for primary care. However, I do not like the long wait times, especially since I waited over a month to see this provider. In office wait times are too long in my opinion! I do not think I will be going back. And I am going to keep an eye on my insurance and make sure I am not charged, as nothing was treated and I was unable to see anyone on this visit.

1st Dr Appointment to establish Primary Care with Maria. The nurses along with Maria seem down to earth. Maria listened to all my concerns and immediately agreed to the next steps in my plan of care. I immediately got some test taken care of after appointment to get started toward my health plan. I'm excited to continue my care with Maria...I feel like she really listened, was concerned, and cared for my health and wellness. When it comes to the front desk she seemed focused, proficient, and helpful @BacaCommunityHealth. I was definitely nervous attending due to previous reviews but I'm glad I decided to form my own opinion. Now let's just pray future visits are just as promising.

I saw Maria Olson NP. She is super sweet. Very knowledgeable, didn’t rush through the visit, listened to my concerns, And I didn’t wait long. I’m the waiting room which was great. This was the very first time I saw her so I will make another review in the future if anything changes but so far so bad I’m extremely happy. It’s hard to find good care nowadays.
