Back in a Flash Chiropractic and Massage

Amazing experience! I’m recovering from a my surgery: Left knee revision ACL reconstruction with contralateral quad autograft, LET and lateral meniscus repair. I’m truly glad I found Back in the Flash’s team. I never gave adjustments a thought until I chose to address pain I had in my lower back. Dr. Ben did my first two adjustments. I noticed a decrease in muscle stiffness and I sleep significantly better! Dr. Wayne did my last adjustment. He is a fantastic new addition to the clinic. He made me feel comfortable and is very personable! They are also integrating new overall wellness and select cosmetic services. I am currently talking with Dr Gabrael about GLP- 1’s and peptides. I am so thankful to have such an amazing care team at Back In A Flash Chiropractic and Massage! I’ve suffered from chronic pain in my back and neck for many years now and they were able to help my alleviate my pain and increase my mobility and range of motion. I got the works done today and walked out of there feeling like a million dollars. Rachel gave me an amazing 90 min deep tissue massage that melted me like butter. She has very strong hands and takes the time to learn your body so she can massage out all of the aches and pains. Dr. David is amazing, too! He really cares and takes the time to educate you about the anatomy of your body, the reason you’re feeling pain and helps to get you on the right course of treatment. He has a very calming presence that helps with the anxiety of adjustments. I’ve always been scared to get my neck adjusted but I’m glad that I did because I can actually move it now. I was able to test out new laser therapy treatment that will soon be coming to their office. It’s is the same laser therapy that they have in all the NFL training rooms. When I left I felt like I was walking in clouds- no more pain and so relaxed that I actually came home and took another nap even after falling asleep on the massage table for 90 min.
