My experience with Candace was remarkable. Indeed, she approached my care in a manner not often found in corporate-run settings. She spent an extensive amount of time establishing a healthcare relationship, understanding my medical history and answering my questions. The staff at Hometown Primary Care are both personable and helpful. While this practice may sound too good to be true, its not. I'm leaving my managed care doctor of over 15 years and have chosen Candace to be my PCP. She's remarkable. This is an unsolicited review and I'm an actual patient.

Sherri is wonderful! Finding her was one of the best things to happen to me in a VERY long time. For three years the symptoms caused by perimenopause were plaguing my life, sending me on a rollercoaster ride of emotions, and never ending discomfort. Anxiety, hot flashes, breast tenderness, hopelessness, moodiness, no libido, lack of motivation, low energy, weight gain...I could go on. I didn't want to believe that hormones were my problem, so I lived with it.... until one day I just couldn't anymore. I needed relief, and badly. When I met with Sherri, I felt instantly at ease. She is so, so knowledgeable, but also compassionate, kind, empathetic and sincere. She will explain every little thing you could possibly be curious about too, as her passion is real. After discussing my symptoms and doing some blood work, I started on HRT. It hasn't been terribly long and my quality of life is already improving. The hot flashes are mostly gone.
