If I can give this place 0/5 stars I would. My appointment was 12:30 PM, I came early by 10 minutes as well. I was told to bring a USB of my medical records during my consultation, the Dr did not look at it at all. Just pressed on my foot. I was not seen until some time around 1:22 pm, when he came into the door, he did not introduce himself, he did not have a name tag. Did not apologize for being late for almost an hour waiting. This initial visit was such a waste of time and I felt they just want you to get the shot, get money and make me wait for another 30-45 minutes to get the treatment. During the whole time I was there, not one employee said, “sorry for the wait.” Not one. I understand, clinics can get busy, but so many red flags at this initial visit.
