Beautiful and very clean studio! The friendliest and most helpful staff as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my first experience where I did red light therapy then the infrared sauna. I will definitely be back. Great deals on monthly packages. Love all of the health benefits - will definitely help me survive the winter at the very least!

Great experience! Staff was amazing, so helpful and nice. Facility felt really clean and nice. I had been curious about infrared, so I used the private infrared sauna, but it would be fun with a friend in the bigger ones. They were happy to explain everything to me. I had controls over my lighting, temperature and sound. Saunas are in private rooms, so you can change and keep belongings with you. There are showers that looked nice, but I didn't use them. I did appreciate the cool towel ready for me in my room for when I was done.

Booked their social sauna room for 2 + shower, and had the most relaxing time! Sean and Ava were very welcoming and walked us through everything, and they made us feel at home inmediately. The room was very clean and they provided lots of towels for us to use. The sauna was HOT and perfect. After the session, they’ll give you the most refreshing face towels that smell amazing! Highly recommend, and we already can’t wait to book our next session!! Thank you!!
