I had a really positive experience with Bosley from start to finish. The consultation was professional, informative, and pressure-free. They took the time to actually listen to my concerns, explain my options clearly, and answer every question without rushing me. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the whole process feel comfortable instead of intimidating. I appreciated how transparent they were about expectations and results... it felt honest, not salesy. Overall, Bosley delivered exactly what I was hoping for... professionalism, clarity, and confidence moving forward. If you’re considering hair restoration and want a team that knows what they’re doing and treats you with respect, I’d definitely recommend them.

I think one of my hesitations is the lack of transparency on the website. There is no indication of the price. I can imagine the argument would be that we want to tailor everything to the individual. Fine, but then I was just handed a printed out sheet with the pricing structure. Why can’t that be posted on your website? And I think I know the answer. If people knew that the cost is in the $20,000s they wouldn’t bother coming in and that’s their right. I think it’s harmful that people get excited about the potential to get their self-esteem back and then have it yanked away when the price is put in front of them. I would rather have known that before driving over.

Dr K and his whole team made the procedure so easy. They took great care of me, letting me know throughout the procedure everything they were doing. Even though this was my 3rd procedure, I still appreciated the extreme care.
