I went to Bosque Women's for the first time and had a positive experience with the front desk to check in and check out with Raelynn. My appointment did not feel rushed I was quite nervous and expressed that to the MA Esther and also to my new provider Liane. With that being said they slowed down a bit and gave me a chance to acclimate. They do advise you to give yourself plenty of time to fill out new patient paperwork which for myself took more than 15 minutes but it's worth the prep to have your results from other women's care facilities. The facility itself is clean, supports a comfortable lobby, and there are lots of signs posted where to exit when you need to. I do look forward to working with Liane who genuinely comforted me with her calm demeanor.

I have a $600 bill for an office visit and 3 basic routine lab tests, with in network insurance (over $1,000 without insurance). I’ve had these labs done before here and at other clinics and never had a bill this high. So I won’t be going back since I know there are other options. On top of that, it took a week for me to get a prescription because “it didn’t go through” to the pharmacy. I had to call the pharmacy and clinic multiple times to get that figured out. Not fun. Also, I don’t think it’s fair to have to call, dispute “bill codes,” and question insurance and billing to get answers and explanations for wild bills. Thats not my job, and I’m too busy with my work/life to be doing detective work on the side. So personally, I don’t have the time or money for this clinic but if you do the staff was nice. But I’ll leave my review, pay the outrageous bill, not go back, and let others know my experience so they can potentially make a more financially responsible decision than I did. May my experience help you and not be in vain. One star because everyone was nice at the clinic.

I’ve been a patient at Bosque Women’s Care for over a decade. I’ve always appreciated the dedication and professionalism of the staff there. However, today I had to take a moment to share a particularly nice experience I had with my intake specialist, Sasha Utter. Sasha was kind and personable and completely professional. She helped me feel comfortable and prepared for my appointment with my provider. Thanks, Sasha! You’re an asset to Bosque Women’s Care!

Bosque Women’s Care has a beautiful new facility that is clean, modern, and very welcoming. The new practice manager has clearly made a positive impact—everything feels more organized, efficient, and patient-focused. The staff is friendly and professional, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I am hoping by making a review I can finally get a call back. I'm not sure if they are just going through transition but I can't get ahold of the billing department. I've left a message 9/25, 10/1, 10/10 and when I called today the voicebox is full. I had an ultasound at their office and I feel like I should have went through another facility. I've had a few done and never had to pay more then my co-pay. Come to find out they charge the insurance for a veinous study which I did not know of or approve. The tech couldn't even find my other ovary and I was billed to insurance 450.00 for one ovary veinous study, which they did not cover. Now I have 200 plus bill. I didn't have any complaints to my ovaries and I got the report it stated they did based on my symptoms and didn't ask me. Even in my dr visit to review I was never told any of this so it was such a surprise. On one message I stated I needed go over a charge that I feel is not correct stated with the front office and on billing message and now they don't call back. I wish I would have went to the breast image center because they go based on orders not just because they feel like they should do something and the dr could talk to me about it first. All they do is switch a button to look at blood flood to your ovary for a few seconds for 450.00?? I love my provider but not liking getting this resolved so make sure you know what your getting done. If it doesn't get resolved I will go to bbb and attorney general for unfair practice. I even asked the tech if I could go to the bathroom to empty my bladder and she said no she didn't need to find the other ovary but I would rather go to the bathroom and complete the test and the answer was no. That is the only reason I had a problem I had to peee
