My 8 year old son just finished 6 weeks of MeRT, and everyone has noticed such big changes, especially his ABA therapists! Sierra, who administered the treatment, was so great with him, and he felt really comfortable with her. It was also refreshing to not feel like the doctors were just in it for the money—they were really transparent and said that if we didn’t see changes after a certain amount of time, we should stop the treatment. I’m so happy with how much it’s helped him. He even did better on his standardized tests! If I could give more than 5 stars, I totally would!

I did my research and Brain Treatment Center North Austin is indeed the lowest price MeRT provider in the world. I spoke with Dr. Do and he said his aim is to open up access to the people who really need it. I commend him for that. Aside, the staff here are very kind and welcoming. If you are in the area, I highly recommend. Even if you aren't in the area, it may be worth it to fly to Austin depending on your circumstances.

I can’t express how grateful I am for MeRT. Like many parents, I was nervous and unsure about taking my autistic son there, but it turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve made. Over the course of the 6-week program, I watched my son go from being completely nonverbal to actually singing. It was beyond what I could have hoped for. Dr. Huynh was very honest and told us not to expect speech, as only a few children make that leap, but we were incredibly lucky. Hearing my son say even a few words felt like a miracle for our family. I truly can’t say enough good things about the Brain Treatment Center in North Austin. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering it.

There are only so many MeRT providers in the United States and I believe Brain Treatment Center North Austin is the only provider in Austin. I was pleased to know that they are very experienced. Dr. Huynh was very thorough with the consultation and answered all of my questions. The EEG was very technical but she explained it and the changes to me in an easy to understand way. I had a great experience!!!

Hi, so we spent a lot of money to try this. My son went for almost 2 months and they said his test reports are one of the best they have seen by comparing before and after the treatment. They also said we will see the best output after 3 to 6 months when the treatment ended. My son had shown some minor improvements like less jumping and less crying after the treatment for a few days, but slowly he kind of regressed again on those. Now it is 7 months he completed his course and we see no improvements. So, I do not want to discourage anyone but please do your own research thoroughly as it is not a small amount of money specially when you are not very rich. My question is where is the results when they said my son’s test reports after the treatment was one of the best and now it is 7 months already? Thanks.
