Had such a great experience at Brickz Health & Wellness. My wife and I did the traditional and infrared saunas recently and the whole place has a total luxury spa vibe. The customer service is honestly top-tier, too. I just went back today for the contrast therapy with the cold plunge-such a unique experience and a fun way to challenge myself. Definitely worth checking out!

What an amazing experience! Keira and her team were so professional, attentive, and just overall so wonderful! I’m an athlete who has been suffering with a persistent hip injury and was originally recommended by my coach to give Brickz a try. I made my appointment with Keira and everything she had planned for my recovery just exceeded my expectations. By the next day I felt like a different person and my hip felt a million times better. She is so knowledgeable! I’ve never had a more positive and relaxing experience. Best recovery place out there, I highly recommend.

My wife and I have never felt like the personal relationship with the staff of a gym or let alone the Wellness said. But Kira is the best a great a her job and makes me feel good just talking with her and her energy. Also what can I say about our message therapist is the best, she understands what my needs are and is gentle where you let her know where you are hurting at the moment. If I could put more then 5 stars I would 🌟
