I’ve had the best experiences at Bridgeport Laser and Wellness. Valeina at the front desk was so sweet, and answered all the questions I had. The environment is very warm. I went in for a facial with Kathy, and it was amazing! She did such a great job, and thoroughly explained the steps and what to expect. She really prioritized my comfort/experience. I can’t tell you how amazing this place is until you come in to experience it for yourself! Madison was above and beyond when getting a treatment that is difficult and not so pain free. She made it so easy I almost fell asleep! Her quiet voice while injecting made me relax and almost fall asleep! Can that actually happen?!? It did today! From the time you walk in with Valenia at the front desk you feel right at home! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

The staff here is so kind and respectful. The front desk staff, my aesthetician and the owner are all so easy to talk to. I feel safe and very well attended to. I am seeing better results than I had at previous treatment centers for laser hair removal. If you are seeking a gentle and welcoming environment for laser hair removal I highly recommend visiting Bridgeport Laser and Wellness Center.
