During Covid it is very difficult to experience quick, efficient, and caring service but it is not a challenge at all at BU Medical. Everyone there has their client’s best interest at all times. I was especially happy with the speed of the process. From the first call I made at 10:30am, I was scheduled for a consultation at 12:30pm same day and my mole was removed by 1:10pm. I could not be happier with my procedure and the entire experience. Office was pleasantly decorated and very clean. I define recommend this establishment. Thank you for wonderful care.

I absolutely love coming to this place! Besides the great customer service and clean environment the treatments are phenomenal. I first went in for a hydrafacial and I was hooked. After that I got a ultrasound fat reduction therapy and even took my mom to get some fillers. I highly recommend this place for any beauty treatment. Ask for Dr Kim. She is Amazing!!!

I cannot give this medspa enough stars. Dr. Kim and everyone I have encountered there is so friendly and nice. Although I’m almost fifty I have never done any sort of injectables. I saw Dr. Kim for the first time last March. She administered Dysport in my forehead and between my brows. She was so patient with all my questions as was Jackie at the front desk. She was very forthcoming about price as well. Right away I felt at ease there. I love that she insisted on going easy on my first injections. She is always striving to make patients look natural. While I was there we talked about Restalyne silk for my lips. I had so many lines around my mouth and after having it done it looked incredible! In fact I just had it done for the second time. No bruising, very little swelling. Dr. Kim never acts like she’s in a rush and is so patient and methodical in her injections. I am so glad to have found B U Wellness and Dr. Kim. I’m her patient for as long as she’s practicing.
