Beautiful experience with the women's community group. It was quite unexpected to find myself right at home. I truly appreciated the somatic part of our gathering as much as the guided meditation. I cannot wait to return. It was lovely to discover the shop and other services that are offered in this healing space.

This is such a peaceful sanctuary. It’s my happy place. It’s a beautiful studio and a great community feel. I take classes with Debra and Lindsay often. They are so good at guiding us into feeling peaceful and powerful. The flow is so meditative and fun. I love that it’s infrared heated. I love this studio!

My personal favorite yoga studio in the valley. Great instructors, friendly classes. If you’re looking for hot yoga, this place has 4+ individual heating systems in the studio and it gets HOT. Also 2 private bathrooms with showers. It’s the best. Would recommend.
