A lovely space, relaxing and cozy. I appreciate that Caitlin asks clients to complete a questionnaire about your skin and your care routine before the initial visit. And until this experience, I thought that post-facial skin would be sensitive and irritated, but after my Hydro-Derm Oxygen Facial, none of that at all — just refreshed and hydrated. Looking forward to using the sunscreen that I picked up as well!

I had never tried a facial before, but my first time with Caitlin has made them an essential going forward. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. Caitlin took the time to understand my skin and customize the facial to my needs, teaching me how to best care for my skin along the way. The facial was gentle yet thorough and incredibly relaxing, and the whole time you can feel Caitlin’s passion for skincare and hospitality. My skin felt perfectly balanced afterward, moisturized and nourished without any heaviness. I couldn’t recommend her facials more, 5 stars!

I’ve been seeing Caitlin because I was really struggling with my acne, and the difference I’ve seen has been incredible. Not only has my skin completely turned around, but my confidence has too. I owe so much of that to her. She creates such a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental space that I genuinely look forward to every session. Her treatments have been effective, and parts of the sessions even feel relaxing and restorative. I can’t recommend her enough!

I would now give TEN stars if I could, and I believe I now have sufficient experience to provide a written review. Each visit feels like a mini-retreat; it's a haven of calm and relaxation, and we always leave feeling refreshed and glowing. But it's the long-term results that have truly blown us away. Our skin is healthier than ever, a testament to Caitlin's expertise and dedication to her craft. Beyond her exceptional skincare skills, Caitlin is a truly wonderful person. Her warmth and genuine care shine through in every interaction, making each visit feel like catching up with a dear friend.
