I love my doctor. She's very attentive. She listens to you and advise you on your best course of pain management. Her office personnel are very nice.

Absolute worst staff in the world, the VA needs to remove them from their community care providers. The Doctor is great but the staff is horrible and I mean ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, I can’t get timely care because this staff didn’t do what needed to be done more than 6 months ago!

The staff is always helpful It's a busy practice and they always try to fit me in I have had such pain relief for the last 13 years Dr Arvind is knowledgeable caring and has given me excellent advice. We made our plan together. Be realistic if you have chronic pain. Manageable may be the best you can hope for. **** Each new procedure or treatment helps more and more The staff is incredible. And they have all been there forever. Which is u heard of so it shows what a good boss she is

Dr Arvind provided professional service. The rating could have been a 4 o 5 but the office staff is lacking. Communicating with administrative staff has proved beyond challenging. On my first visit a patient stated, the office NEVER returns calls. The voicemail states, calls will be returned by close of business, the next day or in 72hours; it also directs you not to leave multiple messages. I guess I need to drive all the way to the office to communicate with Dr Arvind's administrative team.

I would have given this place 5 stars . The wait to see the Doctor was a little long . After I got to see the doctor she was great . She was very knowledgeable. She and her staff were friendly . She found a MRI I had in 2020 in a different city, and discussed the results with me . I was extremely pleased with her care. She immediately followed up with referrals for test I needed and sending prescriptions to the pharmacy. I received calls that my medication was ready for pickup, and my appointment was made for my the x-rays I needed in about 3 hours.
