Dr. Davidian is phenomenal. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional, covering every base in depth with creativity and out of the box thinking regarding the nuances of TMJ treatment. Above all, she is patient, caring, and kind. Her staff, Nicky, Anasia, and Tessa are wonderful as well. All so rare these days. I wholeheartedly recommend Carolina TMJ.

My very first time experiencing a tmj massage. Actually, I am new at this tmj pain overall. I had my massage yesterday, and today, I feel a bit better. Never knew there were so many different components that can affect your jaw. I gained some knowledge too! So thankful a place like this exists.

When I called them and finally got a answer the lady that answered the phone was not paying much attention to what I was saying. I first said that my dentist put a referral in the prior day and to call and set it up. She's saying will I don't deal with the referrals but I'll set you up a appointment. Went on about the costs and on and on. I had to keep repeating myself on simple information. The lady managed to misspelled my first and last name and also messed up my email but got my credit card number right with one try and amazingly got my phone number right. The next call I made to them was a different lady and she was very polite and fixed the problems. When I called to check on the receipt that I was supposed to get, I never received and checked on my appointment times they had a hard time finding my stuff in their system because it was screwed up. The lady that I had my phone conversation was very nice. Listen extremely well. Haven't seen the doctor yet I'm hoping it's not a waste of time. P.S. The first number that I tried to call from their webpage doesn't work. Had to us the number ending in 9955. Update. The staff and doctor are very awesome and explained everything and answered all my questions.
